Jasper Singers Ministries Uganda choir was started in 2014 at Seventh-day Adventist Church Kyengera, Busega Adventist District of Central Uganda Conference in Uganda Union.
The Idea was brought up by Mr Agaba David together with Mrs Esther Nkurunziza.
Mr Agaba Would Facilitate the choir Financially and Mrs Esther Nkuruzinza Would train the choir.
They Later brought the idea to Elders, Eld Sseguya Musoke Geofrey and Eld Muwanga Grace who joined them and mobilized other members.
